Firmware
The version each device reports, and whether its last update actually landed. An update counts as done only when the device reports the new version.
Upload firmware
Sign on the signing laptop first: node --import tsx deploy/sign-firmware.ts sign <file.bin> <version> <seq>, then paste its version, seq and sig here. The version must be exactly what the device will report; raise seq by one for every new release.
